not so scary per se but very different and definitely intriguing.

Ghost World

Movie night again!

Tonights choice: Ghost World

I have actually seen it before,

but it is a classic and can definitely be seen many a time.

And I am loving the soundtrack, like every single song on it,

well almost.

After a hard days work

nothing beats taking a shower,

slipping into my bestest cozywear

(tanktop and underwear from MTWTFSS Weekday, and socks Chloé)

and, of course, watching a great movie

the older the better

I wish Totoro was my neighbour

I adore the movies of Hayao Miyazaki

"My neighbour Totoro" is a real masterpiece and such a loveable story.

Although I like his other (darker) work too, this is an all time high for me.

That is why I am childishly exited about "Ponyo",

which I am going to watch for the very first time later tonight

*teehee*

I have been told that it is equally cute and quirky

Of course the majority of Miyazakis movies also has a greater depth to them,

but that is a discussion I will save for later.

For now I am just gonna enjoy some cuddly fish anime

Gainsbourg vie héroïque

So I really loved "Gainsbourg (vie héroïque)"

it is just the kind of creative mash up of inspiration and oddness that I adore

Tonight is movie night at my place

starting out with "Gainsbourg" and boy do I have high hopes for this one!
